Catching Up on My Wellness Journey




Hey there, Confident Wellness Warriors!

 

I wanted to share a little update on my wellness journey with you all. After my best friend’s illness and passing, I was more determined than ever to get back on track with my weight loss journey. And you know what? I’m on the right track! I've lost 6lbs of the weight I had regained and I feel so much better.

 

Staying consistent with my eating habits has been crucial! I’m not about cutting out all my favorite foods or limiting how much I eat. Instead, it’s about finding a balance that works for me. By focusing on whole, nutritious foods and eating until I am satisfied (not full), I’ve been able to see steady progress without feeling like I’m missing out.

 

Adding supplements like GC control and Berberine has been a game-changer, stabilizing my blood glucose levels and supporting my weight loss. It’s incredible how much better I feel when my body gets the right nutrients it needs.

 

What I love about my lifestyle change is the flexibility it offers, I can enjoy a variety of foods from my “yes” list and even treat myself to some of the items from the “no” list now and then, the key is moderation (and making smart choices 😉).

 

And the best part? I’m never hungry! This plan is showing me that I can lose weight and still enjoy the foods I love while feeling satisfied and energized.

 

As I continue this journey, I’m so grateful for all the lessons I’ve learned and the progress I’ve been making. It’s not just about the numbers on the scale, but about embracing a lifestyle that promotes overall wellness and happiness.

 

I’m excited to see where this path takes me and to share my experiences with you all. It truly is a lifestyle change worth making! I hope my journey inspires you to take steps towards your own wellness. Together, we can achieve our health goals.
